To delete your navigation history

In order to protect you and ensure the confidentiality of your internet browsing, we recommend that you delete your history in the browser software, commonly known as browsers, in the event of domestic or family violence or for other reasons that you consider valid . Here’s how to clear the history in the main browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows

  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • In the “Temporary Internet Files” section, click Delete Files.
  • Click OK to return to the browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows

  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • In the “Browsing history” section, click on Delete
  • In the window that appears, click Delete Files in the “Temporary Internet Files” section.
  • Click OK to return to the browser.

Google Chrome

  • From the History menu.
  • Click on Clear Navigation Data
  • On the Delete Elements tab, click on the one you want (“less than an hour” to “all”).
  • Click Clear Navigation Data.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 to 3

  • From the Tools menu, select Clear My Tracks.
  • Check the Cache box.
  • Click Clear My Tracks Now.

Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and higher

  • From the Tools menu, select Delete Recent History
  • Select All in Interval to be deleted.
  • Click on Details
  • Check only the Cookies and Cache boxes.
  • Click Clear Now.

Safari 1.3.2 and higher

  • Choose the Clear cache option from the Safari menu.
  • Click on Empty.
